Nekisha Robertson started Mickle Operational Services out of the desire to support the "support team". With a decade of experience working in a variety of roles, she has been able to see that the Operations Team is a vital part of an organization, and there are times when they just need some extra help. Operations covers an array of skills and the perfect Director, Manager or Coordinator may have some, but not all, to be truly successful in their role. Through coaching, workshops, or virtual support with a project, she can get your team from surviving to thriving!
